Reporting and investigation of near misses and hazardous conditions is considered a resource in Mega Group for improvement and preventive measures.

To achieve our goals, we will:

• Develop, implement and maintain systems and procedures that will create standards for occupational health and safety, and using regular audits confirm compliance with the standards.
• Establish annual improvement goals and objectives, and review them to ensure they remain reached at all levels.
• Involve all employees in implementing this policy and provide appropriately guidance, training and control to motivate employees and others to carry out their work and responsibility in a safe and competent way.
